Delivery within the US is about 7 days from the date it was shipped out.

For international orders, it usually takes around 5 to 10 days but it really depends on how quickly your customs give clearance which we have no control over. Also, because of the corona virus situation, there may be some delays.

The strap is made from the bark of the cork tree, giving it unique markings. The metal parts are made from stainless steel and the capsule is made from scratch-resistant glass.

We don't claim that the bracelets are fully waterproof. We do have customers who wear them in the shower and in water. But it would be best to be careful of this because sometimes the color of the bracelets can be affected by saltwater or chlorine since we use all natural dye and eco friendly materials.

Our bracelets are made in Europe.

We currently have 4 sizes:

Small = 7 inches (If you have a 6-inch or 6.5 inches wrist, don't worry, the small size would fit you as well)
Medium = 7.5 inches
Large = 8 inches
XL = 8.5 inches

We have had customers use it for this purpose, but we don't claim that it will be watertight and hold the water forever.

The metal piece with the words "LEGEND" on it is where the clasp is. You can pull this piece apart and unscrew the cap and then use a folded piece of paper to use as a funnel.

We don't recommend that you pry open the pre-filled capsule, as doing so can compromise the bracelet.

It would be best if you get our Limited Edition Connection bracelet instead if you want both capsules to be empty.

Only one capsule can be filled, except with the Connection bracelet which comes with 2 empty capsules that can be filled.

We recommend both men and women size up from their typical size. AlpacaCloud™ tends to run a size smaller - and feels very comfortable and wearable when sized up.

Due to the natural fibres used, minimal shrinkage can occur. It's always best to follow the care instructions to retain the garment's shape and feel.

The primary difference when reversed is the texture - one side is soft and fuzzy, while the other is breathable and cooling. The color remains consistent.
