The extra screw cap didn’t fit. I sent in an email saying the replacement screw cap didn’t fit a few weeks ago. I was told that one was immediately going to sent out to me, but as of yet I haven’t received it. I really like my bracelet, and I want to wear it again.
I lost the screw to my legend bracelet and it was a gift. When I found out that I can order a new one for free I was thrilled! The shipping took about 2 weeks but it was fairly quick compared to current pandemic situations! I am just happy to have my Legend Bracelet back on my wrist :)
Prompt response to my request. The extra magnets were free, I paid a couple bucks for shipping and they were on their way. Excellent customer service.
My boyfriend lost this screw cap and I was so happy to find out I could get another one without buying another bracelet! The new one is great and I’m glad we both have bracelets again!
I was very pleased with the prompt response for my request for a replacement cap, which somehow I lost off my Legend elephant bracelet. Also pleased that I only had to pay for shipping ($1.99), only took 1 week to get the replacement cap, overall I give this experience 10/10. Excellent
